The Attleboro Fire Department Offers Free HeartSafe Program

Learn today, make a difference tomorrow.

The Attleboro Fire Department is excited to offer our FREE Heart Safe Program to the public!

Emergencies can happen anywhere, at any time. Knowing what to do in those critical first moments can make all the difference.

Join Attleboro firefighters and paramedics for a hands-on class covering essential lifesaving skills, including:

  • CPR – Learn how to recognize cardiac arrest and perform effective chest compressions.
  • AED – Learn how to use an Automated External Defibrillator.
  • Heimlich Maneuver – Learn how to recognize and respond to choking emergencies.

No prior experience is necessary! Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, coach, or simply someone who wants to be prepared, this class is for you.

Please note: This is a hands-on educational class designed to build confidence and teach lifesaving skills. It is not a certification course, and participants will not receive CPR certification.

Date: Saturday, November 14
Time: 9:00 AM
Location: South Attleboro Fire Station, 1476 West Street, Attleboro

The class is FREE, but registration is required.
