Chief’s Corner

The Attleboro Fire Department serves a diverse community of approximately 50,000 residents. We utilize an all-hazards approach to provide protection to our community. We provide fire suppression, technical rescue, emergency medical services at the advanced life support level, hazardous material response, public education and fire prevention services.

We operate out of four fire stations strategically located to provide efficient emergency response throughout the City.  We respond to approximately 9,600 emergency incidents each year and perform more than 3,000 inspections annually. The department has approximately 100 uniformed members who are proud to serve our community.
