Firefighters have a long-standing tradition of supporting the Muscular Dystrophy Association, most commonly through “Fill the Boot” campaigns. This year, we tried something a little different.
At a recent Touch-a-Truck event, we held a raffle for a chance to win a fire truck ride to school all in support of the MDA.
The lucky winner from Hyman Fine School was treated to a memorable ride and a grand entrance, where classmates and teachers were waiting outside to cheer him on. It was a great moment for a great cause.
