The Attleboro Fire Department will conduct its annual September 11 Remembrance Ceremony on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Fire Department Headquarters, 100 Union Street, Attleboro. The ceremony will begin at 9:05 AM. Union Street will be closed from School St to Mill St to vehicle traffic.
Each year on this solemn anniversary, communities across the Commonwealth and throughout the country gather to honor the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the resilience that continues to define us as Americans. The City of Attleboro will once again stand together to remember.
This year’s ceremony will be conducted in a format different from our usual, underscoring the importance of this day and our shared responsibility to honor its legacy.
We will never forget the events of September 11, 2001, or the sacrifice of so many. We honor their memory and reaffirm our commitment to service, unity, and resilience.
