ATTLEBORO – Wednesday morning, March 4, 2026, the Attleboro Fire Department responded
to 216 South Main Street for reported smoke in the parking lot of a coffee store.
Upon arrival, crews found smoke and flames coming from an underground junction box.
Firefighters were able to isolate the electrical feed and terminate power.
National Grid was requested to scene but determined the junction box was privately owned.
No injuries were reported.
